Texas Broadband Development Office

  • The National Telecommunications and Information Administration approved Texas’ Final Proposal for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program on Nov. 20.
  • The Broadband Development Office (BDO) accepted applications for the Texas Middle Mile Program until Nov. 20. The office is evaluating applications and expects to publish eligible applications for public comment in early 2026.
